taking a break

For a change, I decided not to do my usual routine of playing computer games after work until midnight. Instead, i went shopping…i mean strolling at the mall because i haven’t bought anything except for the recipes for my impromptu tuna salad.

I went back to our apartment afterwards and did a few minutes of cardio, some push-ups and sit-ups, and more cardio. Then i prepared my salad which consists of a can of tuna, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. After which i took a few pictures of my masterpiece and nibbled it all as if there’s no tomorrow while watching a reality comedy show that i didn’t find funny at all with my girl housemate . It was no big deal. Nothing special. But somehow i appreciate and enjoyed these simple and tiny moments where i really felt alive…and breathing
